Secretly Loved

Anger seared though Reno's eyes, "I don't care, i hate you! Just get out! I don't want you here anymore!" she yelled, her temper flaring, her eyes blazing like fire. Her heart was breaking as she glared and nearly pushed the girl thogh the door and outside as her now ex fiance did up his jeans and shoes, calling her more then enough names to fill a book and moving to her he hit her, hearing her cheekbone snap with the force as she fell t othe ground.
She stayed downon her knees, her red hair covering her pale skin on her face, shoulders and neck over her green eyes. she waited to stand until they were done to get up, it was 3am, and dial her guy freinds number, shaking as she held a towel to her face. She got his voice mail, didn't leave a message and dialed again. "Pick up Jaxson," she muttered.

Jaxson had known her since they were each born, though he was three years older then her they were like best freinds and knew her Fiance had been abusing her. He had told her he was cheeking and to get out and what had she done, kept him around, had kissed and shared that bed with him. she felt so dirty.
She hung up and called again, hoping he'd pick up, she needed a ride tot he ER and she hated doctors, HATED them with everythign and he seemed to keep her calm. there was no reason why she would call an ambulence.

I picked up my cell phone after it woke me up. "Hello?" I said sleepily.

She was walking around, her face swelling already as she felt her eye throbbing where his knuckel had hit her, "Jax...I need a ride to the ER." Reno said as she whimpered softly again, her face hurt more then ever, the blood was in her moth more as she traded folded towels, the first one, nearly soaked in it.
She was starting to feel light headed, and took a seat on the bed, her eyes fluttering a bit, the blood loss getting to her rather quickly after last weekends attack. It must be Beat Reno Month or something, because most of her pale skinned body was covered in purple and blue bruises.

"I'll be there ASAP. You should really report him this time."

She sat downo n the bed and sighed, "I might...But i won't be able to do it myself..." she said softly, "i'll chicken out and when he heears i'll be back in the hospital," her voice got quiet. she was terrified of her now ex fiance, always had been

"i'm coming. Just be ready to go." I said as I was getting dressed. I choked down some coffee and went to my car. "Just try to stay awake."

"Im in the upstaris bedroom, on the bed," she saidsoftly as she laid down. SHe was getting more tired with every heat beat . she was staring to get tired, her eyelashes fluttered a bit, she held the hone and held the towel

"Keep talking to me." I said. "talk about anything."

She smiled a bit, "What about...rememer when we were 16 and you took me to the beach and ksised me?" SHe asked, forcing her eyes open as she blinked and they wanted to stay closed.

"Yea..I've never forgotten that kiss.." I said softly. I turned onto her road.

Se smiled, tears forming and mingeling with the blood on hr face as she switched towels, her ehad getting lighter and lighterwith each heartbeat, "Me either," she sai, alot aofter, weaker, into the phone

"I have a secret.." I said softly into the phone as I was about to turn into her driveway.

"WHats your secret? and there is somthing i have to tell you if i dnot' get another chance,' she said, her eyes fluttering closed

"I've been in love with you for like ever.." I said. "I'll be up in a minute." I hung up.

The last thing he heard before he hung up was the words "I love you too," slipping from her tired lips before the phone fell tothe floor from her hand and her ees fluttered compleatly closed as her breathing got shallower

When I picked her up in my arms I ran back down into my car. I buckled her in and drove to the hospital as fast as I could.

I looked at her as she slept. she loved me back.

TReno's eyes fluttered now and again, and finially opened after another 8 hours of her resting, she blinked hard and looked around, suddenly sittnig up and her ahnds moved into fists, she wanted out. Now.

"Calm down. You have to stay here for a couple of days."

Her gaze shot over to his, and the events that had sent her here shot though her mind, she felt her face, stitches, then she managed in a small voice, "I want to go home,"

"They want to keep you here for a day or two for observation."

HSe out her head in her hands, tears forming in her eyes, "i want to go home, i don't care," it was like he din'dt remember hospitals freaked her out

"I know you dont like hospitals but he beat you up so badly."

"No ficking kidding," she muttered, obviously agitated with jsut being here. she laid back and felt more stitches pull on her body and kept herh ands on her face
