Murderous Passion ((Tortuga and I))

He snored in response, having fallen asleep once again. He turned to face her and his face twitched.

She smiled and nestled close for warmth. She laid her hand on his cheek, watching his face relax as she kissed his cheek softly and watched him sleep.

He slept for another hour before he was jerked awake by a sudden durge oof great pain.

Ely moved back and looked at him, "Murlander I'm sorry..." She'd hit his leg, kicking it full force in her sleep had jerked her and him both awake.

He groaned through clenched teeth and shook his head, "Ees...ok Ely." he said as the pain calmed to a throb.

He groaned and shook his head through clenched teeth, "Ees ok Ely." he mumbled and sighed as the pain dulled to a throbbing sensation.

"No its not okay, I kicked into you," she got up and hurriedly got him pain killers and a glass of water.

He swallowed them quickly and kissed her. "I vill be fine darling."

She sighed and sat on the end of the bed, "I still feel horrible about doing it..."

His large arm wrapped aroung her waist and nestled her against him, "Don'T eLY MY LOVE."

She smiled a bit and nestled to him, her arms wrapping around him, "You let me know then i you feel any pain."

"Of course my darling." he whispered and kissed her.

Ely smiled softly back, kissing him back as she rested his hand on her belly and hugged him tightly before saying, "I do have to go, love, to see my father, I'll be back soon. I got my phone."

He nodded and kissed her belly and then her, "Be safe come back soon." he whispered in her ear and watched her waddle out reluctantly.

"I will love!" She called as she headed on downstairs. Donning on her coat and shoes she got her keys and headed out. Pulling into the driveway at her home her brothers swarmed her. Hugging and holding and asking too many questions as she fought to get inside do see her father. She hugged and kissed him and headed on up to the bathroom.
Her world fell apart. "MOMMY!" She called, and when her mother came rushing in it was nothing but them two crying, Ely bawling her eyes out and her mother trying to calm her daughter as the five men stood outside wanting to know what was wrong.

Murlander was relaxing in bed when he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He gasped and doubled over as his mother rushed in to comfort him.

Her mother got her showered, and taken to a clinic where they took care of the dead fetus inside her. Being brought back home she locked her self in her room and cried.

Murlander meanwhile was laying in bed weakly, calling for Ely, who had lost contact with them. He developed a fever and was very out of it.

Her body felt empty to her, and she got violently sick. Hurling bad enough that they raced her to the hospital where she was put under so they could get her to just calm down, and get a hold of her mate.

The phone rang and his mother immediately picking up and paling as she was told the story. She quickly helped her son to the hospital.

She was awake but curled up when him and his mother arrived. They let him in to see her while their mothers waited outside. Tears stained her face as more kept falling.

He hurried to her as best as he could and gathered her up in his arms, "My Ely vhat has happened that has saddened you so and brought you to zees place?"

She didn't say anything, or look up at him. She took his hand and rested it on her stomach, no child.

His eyes widened and choked as tears poured from his eyes, neither of them realizing that only one of the whole litter had been lost. He sobbed and held her close. "Oh my Ely."

"I'm so sorry....I don't know what I did..." she cried, her hands knotting in his shirt holding onto him in case he'd leave.
