Abused or Just New? (X1X)

"He don'ta have to. I have no need for one. And, trust me, you tow, aren't as bad as a summer i spent in some greek island with mty whole male family there. they aren't like the ones her but it was me, and then 45 other guys may age as my cousins in one house. that, is akward." I smiled at him, "ASnd you got me wet.l"

Max burst out laughing when he came into the room. Kyo growled. "Do you ever leave me alone?"
"No, you took my cigarette." Kyo shook his head and apologized to Elijah with his eyes.
Max glanced between them as he picked up the empty tea cup from earlier. "Are you two in love?" he finally asked.
Kyo fell out of his chair. "What?!"

Instantly, out of my mouth was "Заткнись придурок!" then i put a hand over my mouth, laughing, "Sorry about the russian...but, no, if we were in love i'd be kissing him and not thinking of all the ways to ruin you in your sleep. Thanks for letting me know you smoke. That may make thigns easier." she gave a slick smile, her eyes taunting with the ideas formin in her ehad, then the idea of being in love with him...overruled them all

"What's wrong with smoking? Kyo used to smoke to blow off steam."
"I was fifteen, leave me alone." Kyo growled, composing himself and trying to brush his hair down in his face so no one could see how red he was. "I'm going to go put on pants." He mumbled hurriedly getting to his feet and walking through the apartment to Max's room.

Max chuckles lightly. "I think he might just be falling for you though." He smiled at the thought. "I have never seen him like this."

SHe raied eyebrows at him, "Sure sure. I highly doubt that but he looks up to you, take care of him after i leave, or when i'm dead I'll haurnt your dreams and your soul never to leave you alone." it wasn't hard to hide the feelings she had for him but, she didn it all the time, "And, i woud'nt smoke when I'm around anymore.."

"Role model or not, I'm better than his father. Well aren't you going to be staying here? You could go back home, but I don't think Kyo would like it very much." Max pretended to be picking lint off of his shirt. "And I didn't know smoking would bother you. I'll do it when I'm out next time." He smiled briefly and left the room.

Kyo grabbed a pair of Max's cargo pants and slid them on, unwrapping the towel and put it around his shoulders. His hair was a mess. He needed to dry it. He made his way back to the room and to his surprise Max was gone. "Sorry about him." He looked down at his stomach, covering his chest with the towel.

She knew it would probably kill him leaving but didn't say anything when Max Left. But when Kyo walked back in, too late, she'd seen them, "He's fine. I have been around worse." She din't sayanythign about his stomach, but it kind of made a pretty pattern if she was able to look at it long enough.

Kyo shrugged and moved the towel up to his hair against where he began furiously drying his long hair. "He's going out for a bit anyway." RIght on cue he heard the door opening and closing, the click of the lock as Max put his guy in the deadbolt. "He goes out at this time every morning."

She nodded, "When is he going to let me leave?" she need to get clothes, and then...the rest of what she was thinking could continue. she also needed to pick up a sketch book, or she would be board to death, as it seemed

"He was..going to get you some." Kyo whispered. "I don't want you going back there..we can get you some new ones without those measures can't we?" He sounded desperate and he knew it.

she nodded, "i know. I know. And, i am never going back if i have my way." she touched his face soft, it looked alot better, "okay?" she loked over his cut, "Your face looks alot better,"

"Well Max actually had supplies I don't have at home." I shuddered at the thought of having to go back later. "I'm sorry..I don't mean to sound like I'm telling you what to do, its just...I don't know what I would do if they touched you again." Kyo turned away, so she could'nt see his face. He had done it. He had basically just told her how much he cared about her. And he did care, but how was he supposed to approach this? Was he supposed to just ask her out? Ignore it? He had no idea.

"Its okay and i understand why. You canre and so does Max, although he just don't show it as well. DOn't worory, I will get used to being around her sooner or later."

"I don't even know if I will get used to it." Kyo muttered as I slipped a belt around his waist. He had lost a lot of weight over the past couple of weeks and Max's clothes no longer fit the proper way. "Well get you a sketch book later, right now, Max is shopping for the necessities so we can set up a plan. Living here is a lot different than what we're both used to, but its a lot better, I promise." Kyo looked out the window at the tain station, he hated it when the tains went by because it shook the whole place, but he had grown a little used to it throughout his days of staying here, in bed. "Do you want anymore tea or juice? Max has an ample supply."

I shook my head, falling back into a nold reoutine with out noticing, "No, I will be fine." I looked out the window, i dodn't really get why it wouldn't be hard, but, it was what...the second day here for me. He'd been her multible times, she could tell jsut by his body language. "So, until i do get a dketh book and have somethign to do....what do youwana do?"

"I was going to let you sleep while I went and got some of my stuff..hopefully my father will be out like he usually is." Max had left a few shirts on a stack for them both to use until they both had gotten clothes, so Kyo grabbed one of the shirts and pulled it over his head. "But something tells me you aren't going to sleep," he smiled.

She looked at him, "Sleep, not fro a few days at least. I'll be fine, you locked me in here and no one knows where i am anyways as far as I care. they think i am dead and have a trip to germany planned so I willl be fine." She was temped to ask him to stay here....just for comfrot but pushed that thoght from her mmind. she would be fiine.

"Well I'm going to go, and get this over with. I would say come with me..but I'm not sure if that is such a great idea." Kyo grabbed his boots and started pulling them on.

She nodded, "I'm not going anywhere. I till have the blood transfuion going on and it shuodl be dun when you bet back."

Kyo nodded. "If you need more blood, there is another bag in the fridge. I shouldn't be long." He grabbed his jacket and gave her one last look before stepping out of the room. He really hoped his father wasn't there. He usually wasn't in the mornings, he came and went as he pleased and he rarely ever came home sober. Kyo left the spare key on the table. Max had his key and he had his own.
He donned his coat and opened the door and closed it behind him. He had to hurry, he didn't want to leave her alone too long. He would feel guilty if he did.

She had watched him leave and was sad to hear the door close behind him as he left. sighe started atthe ceiling and eventually got lost in her own world, own thoughts and didn't hear the front dor being kicked in

Kyo was running through the streets, rainwater splashing up the legs of his pants. He had to get back to her as fast as possible. When he saw the house he shared with his father up ahead, he froze, he wasn't exactly just going to run in, but hehad to hurry. He pushed himself further and with a last deep breath, he opened the door. He breathed a sigh of relief, no one was home.
He bounded down the hall and threw open his bedroom door, grabbing a pile of clothes off the floor. He wasn't even sure what was clean or not, but he didn't care. He just wanted clothes and to get out. He shoved everything in a large green bag, and headed back through the house. His father didn't care where he went, things were so broken between them, and he didn't mean to hurt Kyo, but he didn't know how else to deal with his own internal pain.
Kyo swallowed back his thoughts and put the strap of the bag over his shoulder and began running full speed back to Max's.

Max had been entering the main building when he heard a loud crash upstairs. His apartment building was small and only contained about 6 apartments all together. But he had a sinking feeling the crash came from his.
He put his hand on his waist where he had a pistol. He was trained for these sort of situations. He wasn't just a drop out, med student.
Max had a couple theories as to what had just happened upstairs. He sorted through them in his head as he quickly, but quietly ran up the stairs. One of his clients was after him, Kyo had gotten angry or either Elijah's or Kyo's families had found them. Either was probable. When he peeked around the corner, he saw the door of his apartment kicked in and he heard voices inside. He pulled safety of the pistol, turning it off. Then he cocked the gun, ready. As he moved so he was standing next to the door, Max wasn't sure what was going to happen next, except that he was going to win.

She did hear the shouting, "Find her. Get her ass home now." "Check all the rooms" "don't get killed" "do i get a turn?" "does it matter who fucks her first?"
"Everyone get s a tun on her." each voice was differnt as they speard though, looking for her. she didn't waste time, she hid and didn't move. the door to her room was kicked in and three filed in. the didn't breathe where she was, the space was tight enough. shed=idn't dare move. seh closed her eyes and pretened it was nothing. pretened Kyo was going to be rigghtback....butwould he make it when she was pulled out from her space and pushed down under hte weight of htem three

Kyo stopped at the bottom of the stairs. Something was wrong, he knew it. It just didn't feel right somehow. He didn't take the stairs loudly like he usually did. He saw Max, and he froze. He had his gun.
Without turning, Max made the signal to be quiet. And then, Max stepped in.

Max had raised the small hand up and had it focused and cocked. The first target was in the kitchen, furiously looking through everything. "Sorry mate," Max whispered before pulling the trigger. He sighed slightly as he watched the body fall heavily to the ground. He wasn't sure which one he killed, and he knew there were about four more of them, and he wasn't about to lose.

Kyo felt all the blood rush out of his face at that moment. Max had just shot someone! He knew what Max was capable of and he trusted Max, but he had never actually seen him in action before. It was pretty bad ass.
Kyo dropped his bag and stood against the wall, he was just going to get in the way. And he had no weapon on him. But then, a small object poked him in the hip. Confused, he reached over and took the small hand gun from his pants. How did that..? Max. These were Max's pants. And he never didn't carry a gun. Being a dealer, made him all the more careful.
"Everyone gets a turn on her."
When Kyo heard those words, a huge piece inside of him just snapped. He clenched his teeth and took the safety off. Without taking a deep breath, he stepped through the door. Max knew he was there, and he was going to help. Even if it killed him. Elijah wasn't going to be touched, even if he died in the process.

When another one of them came around the corner, trying to figure out why there had been a gun shot, Max didn't hesitate. He pulled the trigger. Another down. "Kyo, don't hesitate."

That was the thing, he had hesitated. That should have been his kill. He had to kill. This was his time. He had to protect the one thing he cared about in his life. "Right." Kyo took a breath and started slowly covering the small living area. There were a few more, he could tell by the different directions their noises of shuffling came from. He was going to have to kill his love's family.

The next thing she did was scream. it wasn't your little choked off one either, it was one of pain. The scream maybe lasted a few seconds until something was shomved down her open mouth. She choked a little, a rag, then started to get tired.Her eye lids drooped down and the men in the room started to laugh. "Cloraphorm, good stuff," she knew what that was....they were making her pass out...she wasn't going to be awake when they.... wit hthe last concuious breath she screamed "KYO!".....everything fell back and she was just floating in nothingness....her life now depending on how much Kyo loved her and how much Max wanted to see him happy. They wer ow up against her fathers crew, the right hand mans in here, and it wasn't going ot be easty for them
