"She was the first thing when i got back to town, she's a shelter dog, like Rex, same kinda dog, but she'll have black fur..eventually so i am told.

I nodded and went to the cabinet by the TV, it was the first movie we'd watched to gather, if he remembered or not, buti grabbed it and put it in, taking a blanket, though it was summer, and sat on the couch, though i knew I'd end up laying down.
