She stood up and put the sleeping Sage in her playpen, "Are you alright?"

He stood up,"Yeah I'm fine,"Troy paced the room.

Reno walked over, and put a hand on his shoulder, "Talk to me, please, Troy,"

"Not now I'm trying to think."

"Troy, i can tell something is off,"

"reno hush,"He said.

She stepped infront of him, and crossed hr arms, "Troy, do not hush me, whats going on?" She asked, her voice never raised or anything.

"I'm trying to think reno,"he said as he went around her,"that's what is going on."

I followed, dropping my arms, "Then what are you thinking about?"

"Stuff."

Reno stopped him to look at him, "What kinds of stuff?"

"School,work stuff,"I said.

Reno made him look at her, “Troy, mayb you need to relax,”

Troy spun around and slapped her outta frustration and a bit of anger,then he cooled down and reliazed what he had done.He panicked,"Reno I'm so sorry I didn't mean to..!"

Her hand touched the bright red mark on her face, and she stumbled back a bit, her eyes filling with tears, her jaw clenched, and unclenched, before she closed her eyes, and looked at the floor, she walked out of the room and went for ice, she put some to her face and winced, but bit her lip and held it there.

Troy watched her go,tears filled his own eyes as he sat down... what had he done?He put his head in his hands and the tears flowed down easily without him making a sound.

Reno came back, after a half hour, a bruise the shape of his hand on her cheek. She walked over and didn't say anything, but she hugged him. She hugged him as tight as she could. Now afraid, that he would leave her, alone, again.

Troy moved out of her arms and looked at her face before he looked away.

She stayed where she was, kneeling on the floor, and looked at him before she stood up, and sat in his lap, and made him look at her, "It was an accident...please, don't push me away..." she looked at him, fear in her eyes that he would leave her.

He looked at her,"How... how can you sit here and say that?"he whispered as he sobbed.

She cupped his face in her hands, "Because i know where you come from. I know your background. I understand where you came from...and i cannot loose you again. Everyday i look at Sage I see you. I wouldn't be alright if you left again,"

Troy looked at her then at the bruise,"I-I did this to you .. I hurt you.."

"It will heal, but won't is if soemthing happens between us," i said, and rested my forehed on his, "Please,"

He looked at her then whispered,"Okay."

Reno kissed him, softly, not wanting to push him
