Abused or Just New? (X1X)

She nuzzeled hi neck sofltyl and laid her head against it, she was still tired, but didnt want to go back becase she knew there would be things haurnting her mind and causing nightmares and in most of her own, people she cared for got hurt. with her jsut thinking about that, her hold on hiim tightnend she knew max was due back, but she didn't want to let go of him.Slowly she said though, "I bet you want dresssed, I'll let you go," and slowly puled her arms back from him to her sides. she didn't ever want to leave him, never wanted to let go of the one man she was sure she loved, becase she knwe, if she did let go, she would never get it back. it would take of for the sky, and never look or turn back.

"Well pants would be nice," he chuckled softly. But then he thought..
"But I am also Greek. To Greeks, nothing is more natural than nudity, so take your pick." He wasn't really uncomfortable with his body, but he knew she would be. This was his way of trying to be funny when all he wanted to do was cry and be called a monster. She probably didn't find him funny, but that was okay with him.
He moved away from her and grabbed his bag off the floor. It had been pushed against the fridge when they had been 'working' earlier.

SHe smiled a bit and giggeld at his comment about being Greek, she wlaked over nad hugged him once more and ksied his cheek, "You can go dress, its okay to me, Just come back out ad don't fall asleep. I an betting your tired, and buy the way your eyes look there is nothing you'd like to do more then cry," she was betting he would look mad at her for pointing htat out to him

Kyo nodded and slung his bag over his shoulder, wincing as it brushed a wound. He had to remember to be careful for a few days.
He went to his room and pulled on a pair of black leather pants. He didn't want a shirt, but his scars were bothering him. He didn't want her to have to see those.
He pulled on a black tee and stretched his muscles before going back to meet her. "What do you want to do today?" He asked, wiping his tired eyes.

She looked over at him, able to see somthign was bugign him, "Yu know take your shirt off if somethign is bugging you, and i know you don't wonat meto see them ubt i did see your scars. And, honstly, i slept. i didn't really have the energy as the cloraphorm to do anyhting tlse, and i did end up getting cold not sleeping besdie youl. that is one thing that i dind't enjoy, i tend to get faily cold sleeping, oyu get faily warm so i like being besdie you, How do you feel after all of that?" i askaed

He couldn't help but smile at her words. "I have to say, you are the first person that actually wants to be near me." It was the truth. Kyo had always been so unbearable to look at and be around, even as a child. He had always had bruises of some sort and his Japanese name turned the americans away from him. So he had always been alone, no matter where he went.
And then he had met her. By chance. And she wasn't like anyone he had ever met in his life. She made him feel human and alive again. If you had asked him a week ago, he would have said he had no heart, that no such thing could exist but even after all that had happened, he could feel his heart beating again. He didn't want to let her go now. He finally had something that would actually make living worth it.
Instintivelly, he reached up and cupped her cheek, gently with his hand. He stared down into her eyes before uttering, "I really don't deserve to have touched a fiery star." She was a star in his eyes and in his heart. She had touched him in no way anyone else in the world had.

I blushed and smiled a bit at him, moving a little closer to wrap my arms back around him and lean into his hand, “Just because you don’t think you deserve it, doesn’t mean you don’t. you don’t realize, until something you have is nearly gone just how much you love them and would be pained ot see them killed,” she looked back into his eyes and leaned in and kissed his lips softly, “I am betting your tired, after doing that, will you come lay with me?” she didn’t like the idea of being alone again, and knew no one was really hugry after that either, she wanted to be close to someone she knew woudn’t hurt her, would know in a way would love her back. She did love him, she just didn’t realize how much, yet.

"Sure." Kyo leaned back on the pillows and put one arm behind his head, opening his chest as a pillow to her. "Sorry if I'm not that comfortable, I'm not used to anyone sleeping near me either. But this is something I've always seen guys do in the movies and I've always wanted to try it." He chuckled lightly. He sounded like such a kid. In a sense, he was. He never had a childhood and this was his chance to finally relive it. He was free at last.

She giggeled a bit and laid her head on his chest and looked up at him, "You'll be fine i am sure. Your like my little space heater that won't catch the house on fire," she smiled a bit and smiled a bit up at him. she wasn't really laying on a bruise or anything, but did admire his scars, for some reason, she liked them, made her see the real him

"Well lets hope not. The last time I set a fire in here, Max almost killed me. And after what you saw today, he must really care because he could have done it, too." With a shaking hand, Kyo reached up and gently began stroking her hair. While he was thinking to himself: "Is this okay?"

She nodded loooking up at him, "Yeah, true, and i would be harmed though becase iwould be sleeping or not paying attention and i wouldn't want you burned either." she said, brusing hair off the cut on his face.

Kyo winced a little at her actions. It wasn't that it hurt, he had, had far worse that that, but just her touching him where he was wounded. It touched him deep in his heart. A thing that he didn't know existed. He had never had any emotions before in this world and now...he had her.

She leaned up and kissed it gently, "There now it will heal a little better," she gave a soft smile then shiftes so she was laying so she was facing him, her knees near hish ea,d but not really and sme smiled sfotly. When he smiled to her his eyes and face lit up and it touched her, and even did when he'd winced. She saw that it wasn't out of pain, it was out of her hist touching him when he was hurt because he was thinking, would she touch him, with his scars and all but he'd never know the feelings of someone caring for him n. It touched her heart, made something burn for him, some feeling, she wanted to keep it, and knew with out him, the light in her eyes would dim again and never return.

Swallowing back his nervousness, Kyo asked, "Eli..would you...kiss me?" He asked. His heart was pounding in his chest and he was preparing for her answer. He had never kissed anyone before and he really wanted this. He wanted her. He wanted to feel her. "That's all I want." He added quickly. He definitely didn't want her to think that he was using her body for his own comfort, because he knew within his whole body that he would never do that to her. Or any other humun being for that matter.

She looked up a little and her heart beat a little faster. He sat up just abit and pressed her lips to his softly, lightly as she kissed himthen pulled away, "Yes, I would kiss you." I said to him softly, looking down at him since i was sitting up. He was more attractive than i think i had ever seen him.

Kyo felt heat rushing to his cheeks. Raising his hand, he gently touched his lips with his fingertips. "You know, that was the first kiss I ever gotten." He lookd away, a little embarrassed. He was seventeen years old and he had never been kissed.

She moved a hand up, placing it where it wouldn't hurt him and turned his head towards her, and smiled softly, "That is rather sweet, don't be embarrassed at all. Maybe you were waiting for someone that truely cares about you to come along."

"No, it isn't that." Kyo looked at the wall before answering. "I couldn't stand the thought of someone touching me. I know that sounds stupid now that I'm laying here in bed with you, but when no one has a loving touch, or even a gentle one for that matter, it kind of makes you feel repulsive and disgusting, so I just tried to be as untouched in this cruel world as possible. Because even if I hadn't touched anyone physically, I sure as hell didn't want to touch them emotionally either." He chuckled lightly before going on with his little speach. "You know, I always used to think that if I was beat so bad, and I died in the middle of the night, that no one would notice. It almost worked. But then I found Max and we both got touched. I call that fate. Fate is what I believe in. I don't believe in anything else."

I smiled listening to him, and nodded, "Fate is very generous. I belive in her and nothing else, and with Fate its all you need." i said back, "And i get that, back at the beginning, that you would fee like that, and its easily understandable, to me anyways.But, i will tell you one thing, I won't ever have a harsh touch for i know it too much to ever do it again."

"I have a feeling this is going to be a good change for us." He smiled. "Max said we could stay here as long as we needed him." But Kyo didn't add just how much Max was sacrificing for them. He had his life on the line for their asses right about now.
Kyo shook the thoughts of Max out of his head and smiled. "He isn't such a bad guy, you'll like him in time. But now, I think you should get some sleep." He touched the tip of his finger, gently to her nose. Then he blushed. "Sorry, I didn't mean to go cheesy white boy on you. "

She giggeled a bit, smiling up at him, one of her real rare smiles, like she had been doing when she was alone with him, "Its alright, rally, its kind of cute. Yes, i called you cute. And as long as Max leaces me alone like he usually does, i don't mind him. But, i owe you both for what you did for me, so i do have to talk tohim sometime

"He isn't that bad. He's fun to talk to. He just likes to poke fun. There are a lot of secrets to Max, so he really doesn't mean any harm." He knew it was hard for her to understand, especially since she had just met him about a day ago. But then, she had only met him a day ago, too.
"You know, you have a really pretty smile," Kyo touched his fingertips to her lips. They were soft and delicate like flower petals. "It makes your eyes shine like the stars." Damn, that sounded so corny, he thought.

I nodded, "Well, we'll see how it goes and he's your frind so i'll not be horrible when he is to me." she blushed when he called her smile pretty and that her eyes shined, "Thanks... When you smile at me, your face lights up, and your eyes shine." she blushed a bit more, "I must sound like a book,"

Kyo chuckled and touched her cheek. "You sound like a book? I almost quoted that God-Awful song by Bruno Mars because...because that's how I feel right now." He looked down and grinned. "You know that song, Just the Way You Are, that's what I'm talking about."

She smiled and blushed abit, leaning into his hand, "That song, sucks, Bruno Mars needs to go die in a hole or cut his vocal cords." she smiled, "But, if you quote it its sweet and not corny."
